With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise process improvement and analytics, Janet is a certified Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt—a distinction that represents the highest level of expertise in driving measurable results. At Black Belt AI, she leads the technical development of our voice and conversational AIs, as well as the automation systems, ensuring every solution is engineered with rigor, efficiency, and sustainability.

Her background in Lean methodology means she approaches AI automation not just as technology, but as a system for eliminating waste, streamlining operations, and delivering lasting improvements.
